Papaya Construction Group is based in Irvine. We hold California contractor license #1139140, active, in two classifications: B for general building and C-27 for landscaping. Most of our work happens in Orange County. We also take projects across the wider Southern California region.

Below is where we work, and in Orange County you can see the actual jobs rather than take our word for it.

Orange County

This is home. Our office is in Irvine and the majority of our projects are within a 30 minute drive of it. Permit requirements shift from one city to the next here, and knowing which plan check desk wants what is half the job.

Seven of our recent projects are documented with photos and full scope. Each city below links to the real thing.

Artificial turf walkway and porcelain tile patio in Anaheim, CA

Anaheim

Turf, porcelain pavers, new irrigation and fresh siding paint.

We also work in Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Fullerton, Newport Beach and San Clemente.

Los Angeles County

We take projects in Long Beach and Pomona. Older housing stock is the pattern here, so exterior jobs tend to turn up surprises once the siding comes off. We price for what we find rather than what we hoped to find.

The Inland Empire

Riverside, San Bernardino, Corona, Temecula, Murrieta, Moreno Valley, Fontana, Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga.

Heat is the difference out here. Roofing and exterior materials that hold up fine near the coast get cooked inland, and some of these communities sit in or beside mapped fire hazard zones, which changes what you are allowed to put on a roof.

San Diego County

San Diego, Chula Vista, Escondido, Oceanside and El Cajon. This is the furthest we travel, and it is where we expect to grow next.

What We Know About Building Here

Southern California is not one climate. A house four miles from the water and a house in Corona need different things, and the wrong call gets expensive.
