Home Exterior Transformation in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

By Papaya Construction

This home in Rancho Santa Margarita needed work on almost every exterior surface.

We replaced the roof, fitted a solar array into it, rebuilt the patio and pool surround, laid new turf, and repainted the outside. The house now costs less to run and reads as new from the street.

Roof Replacement for Durability and Style

The project began with a complete roof replacement, ensuring the home’s protection against the Southern California sun, wind, and occasional rain.

We used premium-grade materials for long-lasting durability, enhanced curb appeal, and improved energy efficiency.

Solar Panel System Installation

To maximize energy savings, we integrated a sleek solar panel system seamlessly into the new roof.

The panels were positioned for optimal sunlight exposure, providing clean, renewable power while maintaining the home’s modern aesthetic

Landscape and Hardscape Enhancements

Our team redesigned the outdoor space with a blend of landscape and hardscape elements.

We installed pavers and stone around the pool and patio areas, creating a durable and stylish surface perfect for entertaining.

The backyard was further elevated with strategically placed stones along the garden edge, adding a natural and refined touch.

Turf Grass Installation for Natural Beauty

To reduce sod installation cost and upkeep, we completed a premium Bermudagrass in the backyard.

The lush green turf offers year-round beauty, minimal maintenance, and a perfect space for relaxation or outdoor activities.

Patio & Pool Area Construction

Our skilled pool builders completed a full pool construction, creating a custom in-ground pool with an integrated spa. The surrounding patio, finished in pavers and stone, offers a durable, stylish space perfect for relaxation and outdoor entertaining.

Exterior Painting for a Fresh, Modern Look

The home’s exterior was revitalized with a full exterior painting service.

Using high-quality, weather-resistant paint, we gave the property a sleek, contemporary black finish that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding landscape.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Papaya Construction rebuilt our second story deck with Trex and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. The crew did a great job, everything feels solid and the finish looks really clean. They kept us updated throughout the project and were easy to communicate with whenever we had questions. It took a little longer than we first expected, but I’d rather have it done right than rushed. Overall very happy with the deck and would definetly recommend them.

Always on time, committed, good communication.
They did our bathroom in less than 2 weeks with permit, which is very rare in this industry.
Highly recommended! Will use them again for sure.
